If you're having trouble downloading your purchased file, don't worry; we're here to help. There are a few common reasons why this could be happening:

School's Server Block: Sometimes, school servers or networks have strict security settings that can block certain downloads. If you're trying to download on a school network or device, you might face this issue. A simple solution would be to use a personal computer or smartphone to download the file, and then you can transfer it to your preferred device.

Popup Blockers: If you've enabled popup blockers on your browser, this might prevent the download window from appearing. Check if your browser is blocking popups and, if so, temporarily disable it or add our website to the exceptions list.

Insufficient Storage: Ensure your device has enough storage space. If your storage is almost full, it might prevent new downloads.

Browser Issues: Sometimes, simply restarting your browser or trying a different browser altogether can resolve the issue.
